We are a brand new software development company on the lookout for a UI/UX and brand designer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. This is a great opportunity to grow with an ambitious startup from the ground up. 🧪 Initial Test Project To evaluate skills and design fit, we ask shortlisted applicants to design our brand identity and website (homepage + key pages) as a test project, unpaid. This will help us assess creativity, style, and capability before onboarding. If selected, you will be contracted for paid projects at £22/hour moving forward. We understand this isn't for everyone — it's intended for those excited to be part of something from the beginning and prove their value to become a long-term partner. 🎨 What You’ll Be Doing: Develop a compelling brand identity (logo, color palette, typography) Design high-conversion, user-focused website mockups and UI elements Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code handoff Design assets for digital use (socials, web banners, icons, etc.) Iterate designs based on feedback ✅ Requirements: Proven experience in UI/UX design and branding Strong portfolio showcasing website design and brand work Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly 🚀 Why Join Us?
